Dr Nausheen Ahmed graduated from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2014. She worked in various medical specialties for two years before migrating to Australia. Dr Ahmed trained at several hospitals in South Australia and New South Wales, including Flinders Medical Centre and John Hunter Hospital where she gained extensive experience in emergency and surgical departments, before entering GP training.
On top of her GP training, Dr Ahmed also holds a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney and has completed professional certificate courses in Skin Cancer Medicine and Women’s Health and is trained in Antenatal Shared Care and Implanon removal and insertion.
Dr. Ahmed is dedicated to building long-term, therapeutic and meaningful relationships with her patients and feels privileged to be in the medical profession, as it allows her to serve humanity.
Dr. Ahmed is fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and in her spare time enjoys sleeping and traveling
